Why do I need to carry it out?
In many cases, we are asked to carry out power quality testing when a problem becomes obvious, for example: flickering lighting, premature equipment failure or high reactive power charges from electricity suppliers.
Power quality issues can take many forms: poor power factor, harmonics, under-voltage, over-voltage, flicker and transients etc. Often the cost of power quality mitigation is a fraction of the costs caused by the problem itself.
